What we collect
If you send a project brief we store your name, company, email, phone, country, the description of the work, budget range, timeline, files you attach, and whether you asked to be contacted before sharing details. We also store the language of the form, the page you sent it from, the referrer, and UTM or manager parameters present in the link.
Why
We use this information to review the request, reply, and keep a record of the conversation. The legal bases, where the GDPR applies because we offer services to people in the European Economic Area, are steps toward a contract and our legitimate interest in answering business enquiries. Analytics cookies run only after consent.
How long
We keep enquiry records for as long as the conversation or the project is active, and then for the period needed for accounting and to answer a later question about the same request. You can ask us to delete a request that has not become a contract.
Who receives it
The people at CONTACT who handle projects. If email or Telegram notification is configured, the same summary is sent to those channels. We do not sell the data.
Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, or a copy of the enquiry data, and you can object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to ceo@yes.contact. If you are in the EEA or the UK you can also complain to your local data protection authority.
Transfers
If a processor we use stores data outside your country, we rely on that provider's contractual safeguards. We do not place marketing cookies before you accept them.
